梶原靖元 灰釉板皿 「花猶落」
唐津で作陶する梶原靖元の板皿。たたら（板状にした胎土）をそのまま焼いたようなごく侘びた簡素な姿である。
線刻された禅語であり、良寛の法華経の讃の一節でもある3字の書体は、良寛のそれではなく、梶原靖元の字、である。灰釉という名ではあるが、斑釉の部分もあり、イネ科の灰も使われているようにも見える。
焼成の過程で生じた歪みはそのままであり、ガタつく部分もある（動画をご参照ください）。質素な暮らしをしていた良寛の経文/禅語が記されるのにふさわしいものとして、こういうあり方の皿なのだ、と思って受け止めて使っていただければと思う。何かを置く台、あるいは座辺に飾るもの、眺めるものとしても用を成してくれるものであろう。
