- We photograph items to reflect their actual color and texture as accurately as possible; however, differences may occur depending on your viewing environment (e.g., monitor settings).
- For our regular (in-store) selection, you may view items at our physical gallery. If you wish to reserve an item, please contact us in advance.
Stock & Cart
- Your order is not confirmed when an item is added to the cart. Stock is secured only after checkout is completed.
- We share inventory between our online store and physical location. Therefore, an item shown as available may be sold out depending on timing. In such cases, we will contact you promptly and guide you, including a refund if applicable.

Payment Methods & Timing
- Credit Card: Payment is confirmed at the time of order.
- Cash on Delivery (Japan only): Please pay in cash to the delivery driver upon delivery.
Shipping (Dispatch & Method)
- Dispatch: We usually dispatch within 4 business days, with delivery expected within 8 days. If delays occur, we will contact you.
- Carrier: Yamato Transport (domestic Japan)

Returns, Defects & Cancellations
When the issue is our responsibility: We will accept a return/refund or ship a replacement only in the following cases:
- Damage during shipping
- Initial defects
- You received an item different from what you ordered
Please note: kiln marks, glaze variation, fine cracks, chips, and similar characteristics may be part of the work’s expression and are not considered defects.
If an exchange is not possible due to the item being one-of-a-kind, we will issue a refund for the item price. We cover shipping costs for replacements or returns due to our responsibility.
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, including your order number, name, address, reason, and photos showing the item’s condition.
Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.
Customer-preference returns: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:
- Different from expectations
- Differences in perceived size, color, or texture
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Items that have been used or displayed
Return Deadlines
- Return request: within 3 days of receiving the item
- Return shipment: within 1 week after our instructions
Returns may not be accepted if the deadlines have passed.
