Collection: Yasumoto Kajiwara

Yasumoto Kajiwara is a potter who makes pottery in Karatsu, Saga Prefecture.

Based on the traditions of Karatsu ware, his approach of quietly (and nonchalantly) exploring the "deconstruction of Karatsu" is supported by a sense of humor and a delicate sensibility.

At the root of Kajiwara Yasumoto's passion lies his love for medieval potters and his admiration for Ryokan, and his gaze is always directed towards the nameless common people.
