Born in Saga Prefecture in 1958
1993: First-class craftsman certification (ceramics decoration division)
1995: Acquired Imari and Arita ware traditional craftsman certification (certified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry)
2011 Planning and design at Pottery Studio Ao (Yoshimura Touen)
2018: Produced a commemorative gift for the 30th anniversary of Prince Akishino's inauguration as President
2019-present: Part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Art and Regional Design, Saga University
Yasumoto Kajiwara
1962 Born in Imari
1980 Graduated from Arita Technical High School, Design Department
1986 Became an apprentice at Taiko Sannomaru Kiln in Karatsu
1989 Studied Sencha tea utensils under Mr. Kitamine Daimaru
1995 Became independent in Watada, Karatsu City
1997 Built an anagama kiln in Sari Otani
2003 Training in Korea
2004 Visited ancient kiln sites in Korea and established the Old Karatsu Research Group
2005 Geological Expedition to China
